Guest guest
My signs for not tolerating foods are: nausea cramping D C headache fatigue throat irritation foggy thinking shakiness mood swings pain in muscles You might not have all of these. For those who might be interested: I have sensitivity to chemicals, so sometimes my symptoms for not tolerating foods and not tolerating chemicals are very similar. Except that swollen, painful glands; poisonous taste; coughing; and leg numbness are added to the list for chemicals. Foods and chemicals exasperate muscle trigger points and central nervous system symptoms, as well as digestion--at least, for me. Also, my symptoms for detox or die-off are somewhat similar to food intoleration or chemical exposure. If I feel like I have the flu or I'm upset about everything under the sun, it is often a sign of detox going too fast --if I haven't eaten a food I don't tolerate or been exposed to paint or another chemical. I've been exposed to chemicals for the last three weeks, so things are extra rough right now.
