Medicare Part D -- how is everyone doing?

I got a notice from my insurance that I only have about $550 in drug benefits left for this year. That would be used up just with my Neurontin OR Cymbalta. So I am cutting back on my meds. I am determined to get off Klonopin and have cut down from 3 pills a day to 1 already. I have cut my Neurontin from 3200 mg to 1200 mg. Now what to do about Cymbalta? I've tried before to wean off, with no luck. I plan to call my neuro and see if they have samples. If not I'll ask for a change from 60 mgs to 30 mgs, then will try to taper off. What about all of you? Have you already hit the max? How are you handling it?

The problem I have encountered is that most programs won't help if a person has insurance.
