Sorry, Barbara, didn't mean to scare you. A rash over the nose and cheeks is a symptom of lupus, though. It's better to know if it's the case, that not, right? I have a friend with lupus who has lived successfully for many years with this thing, so if it turns out to be so, it isn't necessarily the end of the world. A rash on the face which is not localised to the nose and cheeks could be lots of things, including hives. Let's hear more from you. Hugs, Carol
