Guest guest Posted June 22, 2008 Report Share Posted June 22, 2008 According to some of the fructose charts is states that pineapple doesn't have too much fructose in it. I find this odd as pineapple always gives me that odd " sugar " overload type feeling. If it isn't high in fructose what could make feel this way when it comes to pineapple? Since trying this low fructose version with-in the SCD the past couple of days (before that totally cutting out bananas) I am feeling -much much- better. All this belly bloat went down!! It's been only 2 days and the difference is quite dramatic. I am going to make my fruit sauce with just nectarines and peaches as that is low fructose. Peeling apricots is a nightmare! I have found though that I feel a little backed up which never happens to me. Though, when I do have a BM it is quite loose. Will this adjust? I have not been eating too many veggies either.
