No presentation by NACO on republic day.

Dear FORUM,

On republic day parade, many departments have highlighted their achievements and

used the opportunity to spread their messages.

However, NACO and HEALTH MINISTRY haven't present any show related to HIV/AIDS

awareness in the program of 26th January, 2008. Its look very shameful for NACO

Why they didn't show Programme of red ribbon express train and first and second

line treatment etc..
