Guest guest Posted May 24, 2008 Report Share Posted May 24, 2008 I made yogurt that finished at 3:15p yesterday. I couldn't check it until after 5p. The machine was on, the jars cold and where I had spilled the yogurt dipping it out was still partially liquid. It didn't taste soured but it wasn't tart either. It was more like sour cream. I don't know if the machine stopped working mid-way or what time. Should I dump the yogurt? I don't want to get sick from it if it's lactose or bad--I've been trying fiercely to get some yogurt going since I've been having some flare symptoms. I will test the machine with water only to see if it heats up. I think I bought it 12/05. Has anyone else had a problem with Euro makers (7 glass jars?).
