My first dose of Diflucan sent me to the ER with a severe hives and

respiratory distress, so I didn't take any more of that or try

Nystatin. I also couldn't eat garlic for 4 years, and even now, 5

years later, I can only eat one clove of garlic (cooked and mushy)

once every 2 weeks. Haven't tried S. Boulardii. Never tried the other

antifungals either, after my experience with Diflucan.

I just use food choices, and regular doses of L. Acidophilus, to keep

my gut ecology balanced. And stay on SCD, of course.
