Guest guest
Hi, you might want to check out this one from Sisu: http://www.sisu.com/sisu/products/product.jsp?category=400 & sub=402 & id=76 I've found it at most health food stores. I haven't taken it myself though. You may want to contact the company to be sure of ingredients. Guest guest
Hi Kat: I was taking something similar till I discovered that Maltodextrin (one of the ingredients) is illegal, worse than lactose according to Elaine. Thanks anyway, SCD 1 month > > > > Me again ) > > I haven't been able to find legal acedophilus in Ottawa. There's > > always an illegal ingredient: bifido strains, pectin, rice starch, > > etc... Guest guest
Hi . I recently e-mailed Lyosan to ask about * boxes (30 g each) of Lyosan freeze-dried yogurt starter (the version with L Bulgaris, L Acidophilus and S thermophilus): * Lyosan acidophilus-yogurt capsules (bottles of 265 g, 90 capsules) I am almost out of the Lyosan freeze-dried yogurt starter I stocked up on in March, and I was hoping not to have to drive out to Thornhill (north of Toronto) to restock. Also, the store where I bought the yogurt starter did not sell the Lyosan acidophilus-yogurt capsules. The reply I received from the company, was: " Those products are available in several health food stores. I then invite you to go and see at one or the other of those stores serving your area. You could also try to be provided with the names and addresses of such stores in your area through our wholesalers : Kardish Food Wholesalers Nepean ON Telephone : Lifemax Natural Foods Pickering ON Telephone : The following store, actually located in Toronto, do carry the Yogourmet products : The Big Carrot 348 Danforth Avenue Toronto ON Telephone : However, if your researches turned out to be unsuccessful, you could order directly from our company. In that event, would you have the amability to provide me with your city/province/postal code, in order to forward you the proper order form by electronic mail. Please accept my very best regards. Stéphane Chénier, office agent Lyo-San inc. 500 Aeroparc boulevard P O Box 598 Lachute Quebec Canada J8H 4G4 Telephone : Toll Free : (Montreal) .......... : 1 (Canada) Fax...... : E-Mail... : lyo-san@... Internet. : www.yogourmet.com I haven't had a chance to call Lifemax Natural Foods yet, to ask where the Lyosan acidophilus-yogurt capsules and the yogurt starter are sold. I am hoping to find a retailer closer than the Big Carrot. The health food store where I buy most of my supplements, shampoos, cleaning products, etc. does not carry any Lyosan products. Since you are in Ottawa, I would suggest that you contact Kardish Food Wholesalers Nepean ON. Telephone : Hope this helps both of us.
