Welcome! We are sorry that you seem to

have boarded what I call "Ship MS," but

much as I regret your need to join us, I

am very glad that you have chosen our

group---pretty wild here. Brace yourself!

You may get lost of welcome posts!

Love to you,

n Rojas, 71, wMS (diagnosed when I

was 19), mom of four, still hanging in here;

I live in Oakland, Ca (right next to Berekely),

where I am usually outraged about one thing

or another, often having to do with our MS. . .

Hello,

I am 38, live in Texas and was diagnosed with MS in May of this year. I started on Rebif and am doing well besides the injection site reactions and elevated liver tests (not a big deal, right?!). HA I go back to my dr. in Oct. to recheck.

My main problems are numbness, fatigue and stiffness in my hands. I work part time and am having a terrible time trying to convince myself to slow down. :-) I do much better when I get more rest so it ought to be a no brainer, right??

It hasn't been that long since I was diagnosed, so I don't really have myself convinced that the whole disease thing is true. It's so good to be in a group where you all know exactly what I am talking about. I have a wonderful, supportive husband, but he just doesn't get it.

Thanks for the welcome I've already gotten.
