Guest guest
Well we got our court date. Next wed afternoon we go to court for the divorce. I am the one that gets to answer the questions to satisfy the judge .Husband will be there also. Actually we will be going to Ark city 3 times next week. mon to sign some papers at the lawyers, wed for court and thurs to sign more papers. the town is about 10 miles from our town. The only lawyer that still does bankruptcies in either town is there, otherwise would have had to go an hour away for everything. Will still have to go an hour away when we get to court on the bankruptcy. Husband and I will be going together in my van. Where he is working out on route is half way between our town and ark city so will stop and pick him up on the way. Oh the lawyer did say that when we are done with divorce will start on the bankruptcy and one of the things we will do is have a tax work shop with his office help. So that we can adjust things on our withholding to not get much back next year, or pay in to heavy. We have always had to pay in several hundred dollars a year and things will change with the divorce. There are so many things you don't think about that you have to change when you get a divorce. I did decide to not take back my maiden name. I have been McKinley for 31 years no one would know who I was if I changed it back. And lets face it after writing one thing for 31 years, it would be hard for me to remember that it's back to old name. I was only a Gillis for l8 years lol Debbie and Ian McKinley (BMD since 93)no litters Kansas http://home.hit.net/~dimck/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/dimck23/ (200 carting photo)
