Eat well, Feel Well has a nice cashew bread I made a number of times.

There are also some online.

We're not supposed to soak them on SCD because it can heighten the

mold count considerably, thus adding pathogens to the

biofilm condominiums in our guts.

I am so glad you mentioned not to soak. I had no idea! I didn’t know if putting the cashews in the food processor would make flour or nut butter. I wanted to try to blend the cashew flour with the almond flour to see if I have an easier time with the baked goods.
