Guest guest
Bought some wild halibut today and looked around online for a recipe and came up with this one - I made a few changes. I baked the fish, instead of grilling it, and didn't make the asparagus, as I had a spinach pie item. But the halibut and the strawberry chutney came out really delicious. (Oh, I changed the recipe for the chutney to 1 jalapeno, instead of 4, and since I didn't have cilantro on hand, used just picked parsley instead - and added a bit of fresh ginger.) I recommend them however, particularly the the salsa. I found it really tasty. And they're perfectly SCD as is. Mara
