Some of my hive look like ringworm also. And sometimes they are small red

areas, sometimes they are large red areas. I cannot seem to find a

pattern in what causes which type of hive.

There's no such thing as a dumb question, especially when it comes to your

health! That said...

My hives come up starting as small wheals, about the size of a dime or a

little larger. They gradually combine to form large plaques, and if I don't

get enough med in me, I can end up looking like one huge hive, head to toe!

I was just wondering what everyones hives look like. My hives come up and

When I get itchy and scratch, the whole area scratched welts up into one

massive hive and the area feels hot. No rings.

The only asnwer is not to scratch. Exactly the same thing happens to me. I get a little hot tingle then I scratch and it comes up in a huge big big hive, nice.

The only thing that works for me is as soon as I get the little hot tingle I put some vaseline intensive care lotion on it. The one with aloe vera and cucmuber. Its great it stops the tingle, stops me itching and smells yummy.
