hi everyone - i would love to hear from anyone who has had improvement

with IBS and things related ie fatigue, brain fog, food sensitivities,

etc

any knowledge of the role of mast cells in ibs / serotonin signaling

and the like?

just curious whether you guys keep up with state of the art science

with IBS in particular - i am not up to date on chrohn's, UC etc

I have IBS and diverticulitis. Does anyone else on SCD have these

Undiagnosed IBS. Doctors have said, " Oh, it's nothing... just take a

little lomotil if it bothers you. " Right.

My grandmother died from complications of diverticulitis.

Hence, my adamant adherence to SCD. And yes, it DOES help IBS.

According to Elaine, yes, it should. I have no personal knowledge of this

myself, since my objective is to heal my IBS and avoid getting the

complications of diverticulitis which killed my grandmother.
