MRCP is an MRI for pancreas and all of those bilary ducts. It is just

Imaging.

ERCP is when they go in to that same area with an endoscope and use

xray technology to take pictures. ERCP can be very dangerous and that

can cause Pancreatitis. It is very important to go to a skilled and

experienced Dr. (someone who does it all day long- not a lot of dr's)
