If they were you should call the place that made them and tell them the splints are hurting. If they are the kind you buy at the store I still think they shouldn't hurt. Remember what I said about how your wrists should not be down but instead should be bent back slightly. Wrist splints (sharon) Sharon, I just got my wrist splints and just started wearing them. I am in as much pain with these things on then what I go through in the middle of the night with the pain waking me up. Is it suppose to be that way. It hurts so much. My husband says that they will hurt like this until I get used to having them on and the carpel tunnel dies down.
