Dr. Appt.

Hi all! Our appointment with Dr. H went great!

She spent a couple of hours with us to the dismay of her collegues

who wanted her to do other things and she just waved them away. Storm

absolutely loves her!

We wont be starting gh just yet, but we will be back in March with

high hopes again. storm still needs to gain a little more weight and

his growth velocity is still doing well so that has to slow down

before convincing insurance to pay I guess. I'm not really sure. she

wants us to keep a close watch on the weight and height so we can

catch him at the right time and get it started. Storm still weighs

only 27.5# and is 38.5 " tall. To me it seems he hasn't grown in a

while, but she hasn't seen him since July.

Our next appt. is March 16th. We will fly in and stay Thurs.night the

15th in the RMD house then see her on the 16th. (11:00) Then stay one

more night I think and fly home the next day. I'm not sure about the

flights. I will have to come with Storm alone to get the tickets.

Dr. H was happy to see that Storm actually has some subcutanious fat

which he did not have in July when she saw him in Chicago!

thank you all for your advice on everything. RMD house has been

awesome!!!! I can't believe all the stuff they gave BOTH my kids!

It had to equal more than we paid to stay! Several volunteers came

and gave all the kids here some toys and stuff. Paisley even won a

scooter!!!UUUGGGHHHHH!

Oh well! Thanks again! We're on our way back to Texas hoping to miss

as much of the storm as possible!
