Guest guest
Get a second opinion!!!! 14 week uterus size is not huge. Don't know what rapid growth is - mine grew from 5cm to 13cm in 5 years. Fibroids are seldom cancerous. I've had a myomectomy to remove a large fibroid - I've still got my uterus and am happy with the result. Again, get a second opinion. Guest guest
Hi, The pain was the biggest problem for me. I had a UAE last October and although I still have some discomfort, life is way better. Mostly because I can sleep at night now. I can't take painkillers because of stomach problems. Ginny Pain > Hi, > > With my fibroids I have bad pain. Guest guest
My gyn doc did do 1 good thing for me. She perscribed Naproxen Sodium sub for Anaprox DS. Anyone else take this? I only take it on the worse days, it can cause stomach bleeding. Anyone else use something different? Something better? What is flooding. Is it very heavy bleeding where it seems to " pour " from you?
Guest guest
Anaprox is incredible. I literally never leave home without it. Like this morning, I made the mistake of sitting for an hour on a low sofa. Needless to say my fibroids were hurting like all get out when i got up. Took an Anaprox and within 20 minutes I was feeling much better. I would love to take it every day just as insurance, but it's too expensive $35.00 with my BCBS. I don't care for the generic, it doesn't seem to work as well for me. So I pay more for the brand name. > My gyn doc did do 1 good thing for me. Guest guest
Thanks for your response, I think I try the non generic. Sometimes the generic doesn't work. --- rozlips1964 wrote: > Anaprox is incredible. I literally never leave home > without it.
Guest guest
It is a prescription anti inflamatory pill used for pain. The non generic may work fine but the generic might be better. You can NOT take any asprin like pills with it. You got to take it with food or milk. No alcohol. May make you drowsiy. Take 2 times a day. With so many sufferering, I thought I might mention this. It works for me and makes the pain bearable. Before I took this, at times I couldn't even stand straight because of the pain. With so many women having fibroids, I never heard much about it. It's truly terrible. --- MLic975220@... wrote: > What is anaprox? Is it a prescription or over the > counter?
