Guest guest
The a Deen recipe for Southern Fried Chicken recommends Texas Pete for the hot sauce. I can find most Food Network recommended products at the Draeger's Grocery in San Mateo, California. --Mr. Dana F. Guest guest
I had never heard of Texas Pete until my dad turned me on to it. He's also a transplanted westerner, but you wouldn't know it. He is so southern now, you'd swear he was from these here parts.LOL. I've been here a little over 20 years, but there are still things I'm learning everyday. Our lovely Cassy says I have picked up the accent. My dad says I haven't. He's always telling me to slow down when I talk. People don't speak real fast here. To me it sounds like the words are drawn out way longer than necessary, and I have to stop myself from finishing other people's sentence. (I'm so bad... ) Love and blessings...Valutzdana@... wrote: The a Deen recipe for Southern Fried Chicken recommends Texas Pete for the hot sauce.
