Progress of roll out of 2nd line ARV

Dear forum,

There is no any clear picture of the distribution of second line drugs till

today.

As it was announced by the Health Minister on 1 December 2007, the special

announcement on special day for PLHAs. It was announced that second line ARV

will be distributed to PLHAS those who are facing first line failures in

different districts of Uttar Pradesh as well as adjoining states very soon.

It was very satisfactory feeling to the community who really has a need of it.

It was a new ray of hope for the PLHAs who are disappointed by the life.

But unfortunately till today the picture is as same as it was earlier.

Here we want to say that PLHAS who are on second line are very disappointed by

this false massage.

Why they are playing with the sentiments of PLHAs? If PLHAs comes to know that

he has to take second line ARV, he just looses his hope.
