I'm so glad this was addressed!! I've been using the wrong apple cider vinegar

and I use it

daily!! I had no idea! I was told the " mother " was good for you.

Thanks for keeping us on track, Marilyn.

Blessings,

Betty

I am trying to understand.

Can I buy ACV that has the mother in it- the sediment and run it

through a sieve? Would that be legal?

Marilyn,

OK, So not specifically a sieve maybe more like a couple of cheese

cloths or chionois? Would that do the trick?

I guess to be more eloquent, is it legal to filter the mother out of

ACV? If so, how would you do it?

Thanks,

Well, I wouldn't have bought ACV with the mother in it in the first

place. <g>

The proof of whether the filtering works -- and I assume it must, on some

level, since otherwise, we couldn't buy filtered ACV -- is in if it's

clear when you're done with it, and whether or not YOUR system tolerates

it.
