Guest guest
I wondered what happens to other people when they are going into a flare or getting worse perhaps temporarily by eating something which does not agree with them. The reason I ask is sometimes it's difficult to know if I react to some foods. Generally if my intestines gurgle I take it that something is not right. If I have pain the next day I take it that it could be what I have eaten. C and D seem much more gradual to get worse/better so it is harder to tell why they occur. Guest guest
I have CD and those are basically my symptoms when I feel unwell: 1. Gurgling stomach 2. Gas and bloating 3. Pain in the lower right quadrant or everywhere 4. C, very mushy BMs, or D 5. Being very very tired but having a hard time sleeping (usually because of the pain or gurgling. Sometimes the gurgling shakes my entire abdomen) I'm sure there are other symptoms, I just can't think of them right now. These symptoms almost always start and finish the same way. I am always inclined to go intro when I hear the first gurgle but sometimes I don't have that luxury and just try to eat as best I can. The longest I had these symptoms since being SCD was 2 weeks. Compared to before SCD, they were almost laughable. Very manageable. Sometimes the reaction is def to a new food but sometimes it isn't. I think the times I can't associate it with food is when I am having die-off. I think the difference for die-off and regular CD symptoms is the fact that I crave illegals when I'm having die off and have serious brain fog.
