Guest guest Posted June 19, 2008 Report Share Posted June 19, 2008 Hi There, I've been using the variation of the bread recipe from BTVC, the one with 3 cups flour and 1/4 cup butter. I've been making it in a loaf pan that makes a 1.5pound loaf. When I used to make wheat bread I used a bigger loaf pan that held two pounds but there's not enough dough for those pans. What's your favorite loaf pan for almond bread? I have some pyrex pans and some Norpro pans, but I'm not sure if these are too big? I'd like to make several loaves at a time since we go through one loaf a day. But before I go out and buy new pans, I'd like to know what you have found to be your favorite pans for this bread.
