Just a thought. Jen s/l renoplasty I'm doing a clinic note on this patient and the axis III diagnosis lists what sounds like " renoplasty. " This doctor says it very clearly (but she does have a Philippino accent). I was thinking maybe tenoplasy? I can't document renoplasty. Can anyone else? Sorry, there was nothing else in the document that pertained to her past history. AXIS III: Obesity. Diabetes mellitus. Hypertension. Bladder suspension and *renoplasty* in the past.
