As I am a student of Public Policy, what I believ in is under our

present constitutional status, in no surcumstances havildar Ved

Prakash should be discharged from his post.

What I want to say is though he is under treatment yet he is healthy and he is

fulfilling all conditions of his service.

Secondly, when he'll unable to serve as habildar he can serve in different

activities.

If he discharges from his livelyhood how can he maintain his family?

So now the role of civil society is vital. We should raise our voice strongly

against this unjust step of army.
