Hi Jodi,

I don't know about a toaster oven but you can do it in a microwave. I don't have specific instructions but last weekend I was trying to cook a butternut and cutting them in half is very difficult and wasn't home so I just poked some holes in it and stuck the whole thing in the oven for 45 minutes. When I got it out, it was easy to cut but not quite done yet. I finished it off in the microwave. It worked very well.

another Squash question

I am still having trouble with my oven.This is a dumb question..But can I bake a squash in the toaster oven the way I would in anormal oven?Are there specific recipes for this?What should I look out for?Thanks,JodiSCD 10 monthsCrohn's/ColitisWas stupid enough a while back to try to make lamb chops intoaster/counter top oven.
