Guest guest
, I work in a hospital, so I don't ever type immunizations, so I can't help you there. Sorry. On the neuro question, that would be mini mental status exam. On the Pap, I believe that would be chronic cervicitis (inflammation of the cervix). The lupus patient is stable on Plaquenil. Hope that helps, sorry I couldn't help with the first one, Margaret >>> 05/02/02 09:59PM >>> Hi all, My brain cannot think any more tonight and I need help on the following: Mom to bring patient back in two weeks, he will get DTAP #4, Prevnon #4, and HIB (H-influenza) #4. (Did I type this correct and are the immunizations correct? I was not sure about Prevnon). NEUROLOGICAL: A s/l " meni " mental status was done, patient scored 20/30. Patient also has a history of an abnormal Pap, status post biopsies, in which she was told that is chronic s/l " subersitis " . Discoid Lupus. Patient is stable on s/l " Placrinil " . Thank you in advance. This email ring is real blessing! ---------------------------------
Guest guest
Okay ... I'm not sure about the immunizations, but the second one is probably a Mini-Mental State exam (MMSE). I'm not sure about the third one, and the last one is probably Plaquenil. Hope this helps (about 50% anyway!). Help please Hi all, My brain cannot think any more tonight and I need help on the following: Mom to bring patient back in two weeks, he will get DTAP #4, Prevnon #4, and HIB (H-influenza) #4. Guest guest
In my abbreviation book it has MMS as " Mini-Mental State (examination), " so my question is since it seems to be the proper name of a test of mental status, should it be capitalized (or hyphenated for that matter) when it is used with the word " status " as it is in 's example? NEUROLOGICAL: A Mini-Mental status was done; patient scored 20/30. ??? ----Original Message Follows---- To: , <nmtc > Subject: Re: Help please Date: Thu, 02 May 2002 22:10:58 -0400 , I work in a hospital, so I don't ever type immunizations, so I can't help you there. Guest guest
I'm wondering if the first s/l isn't a DEXA scan, but I don't know what the sound would be before that part of your s/l. Sorry. Guest guest
I've seen commercials for Red Bull. I'm not sure, though, if it is all one word or two. Re: help please , The first is paroxysmal atrial fib (which should be spelled out to fibrillation). I have never heard of triglyceridemia, usually hear hypertriglyceridemia. Sorry, I don't know the drink. Margaret >>> 05/15/02 11:05PM >>> Hi all, I need help on the following: SL " paraxsismal atro fib " Triglyceridemia. (Am I spelling this wrong?) She states that she drank a _____ " Redbull " (which is a nutritional supplement drink) that contains natural caffeine and that made her heart race and she just feels slightly short of breath with that, it is resolved now. Thank you in advance. ---------------------------------
