An inquiry regarding SACS staff recruitment for the NACP Phase III.

Dear friends,

We are writing to request for information regarding the guidelines, if

any,developed and issued by NACO re the expansion of state AIDS control

organisations, recruitment and other details for the NACP Phase III.

We seek this information because we are informed that in Manipur, the MACS

(Manipur State AIDS Control Society) has expanded its staff and appointed people

recently without publicising the recruitment process or advertising for posts.

We would appreciate any information in this regard.
