Guest guest Posted July 2, 2008 Report Share Posted July 2, 2008 Hi everyone, I just learned how to minimize some of my PMS symptoms that go along with intense yeast surge. Luckily, this time I don't have a voracious appetite so I can cut out most of the cooked fruit. It is nice knowing -why- I have this feeling as pre-SCD I never got my period naturally. Which I think just shows how this diet is helping me on so many levels. I started feeling quite awful and crampy yesterday evening and this morning very early in the AM around 4 was just horrible. What I did was, well my hubby for that matter- bless his heart.. Made me 5 glasses of charcoal tea. I loaded up drinking a couple of glasses throughout the early morning and walla I am feeling relatively fine. I can cook and go outside today and I am also eating very very lightly and intro style with no sadness whatsoever! The charcoal has really helped big time!! I cut out all yogurt and probiotics today!
