I have an idea, how about, if people are responding to a specific question

that would apply to that specific family, they just e-mail it to that family

directly. For example, people looking for ENT's in their area, or where

peopler live, or congratulating someone. My daughter has mild to moderate

loss, but I personally enjoy reading about people's decisions about CI,

medical tests, etc. I'm learning new things that are helpfel. I did does

take me about two hours to read all these. My husband said he'll show me

how to make them a " digest " , whatever that means.

Thank you,

Randie

One of the options for receiving mail on this list is to receive them in digest

format. In

digest format, what happens is that each message is collected. When the

collection reaches

a certain size, or once a day (whatever happens first) the collection is sent to

you. In

other words, instead of receiving individual messages, you receive one message

with a

bunch of little ones in it. If this is something you would like, you can either

go to

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Listen-Up

and change your delivery option for this group, or you can write to me at

kay@... and I'll do it for you.

Hugs,

Kay

If I receive the messages in digest form, is it easier to scan and delete

the ones I'm done with? In what ways is it beneficial?
