Hi all,

This is for all you bakers who have had difficulty getting the

interiors of your almond flour goodies to bake evenly when you're

trying to do a loaf-type bread.

I made banana-date bread this weekend and decided to use my Bakers'

Edge brownie (remember brownies?) pan. You can see it here---

http://www.bakersedge.com. What an inspiration! The recipe baked

perfectly and it was easy to cut into squares for individual servings.

I really recommend this pan, if you're having trouble or just want a

change from the usual muffin tin or loaf pan. Happy baking!
