Guest guest Posted August 11, 2008 Report Share Posted August 11, 2008 Hi all, This is for all you bakers who have had difficulty getting the interiors of your almond flour goodies to bake evenly when you're trying to do a loaf-type bread. I made banana-date bread this weekend and decided to use my Bakers' Edge brownie (remember brownies?) pan. You can see it here--- http://www.bakersedge.com. What an inspiration! The recipe baked perfectly and it was easy to cut into squares for individual servings. I really recommend this pan, if you're having trouble or just want a change from the usual muffin tin or loaf pan. Happy baking!
