Selection of FBO/NGO for setting up Community Care Centres

Under NACP-III, the CBCI with grants from Population Foundation of India in The

Global Fund Round VI, is setting up Community Care Centers for PLHIV in the

districts of districts of Kolkata, Barddhaman, Darjeeling, Jalpaiguri, Malda and

Murshidabad. Expression of interest is invited from FCRA registered FBOs/NGOs

who have experience in the field of HIV and AIDS and/or providing health care

services.

Qualified agencies should email the completed empanelment data form with all

documents to reach Catholic Bishops' Conference of India, Commission for Health,

Regional Office, C/o Seva Kendra Calcutta, 52-B, Radhanath Chowdhury Road,

Tangra Post Office, Kolkata - 700015. Ph: 033-23290613 so as to reach by 31

October 2007.
