Good morning all.

My brain refuses to function this morning. I need help with the following

please:

Urine; Beta HCG; s/l repeat hirish negative; FSH level; Prolactin level; serum

pregnancy.

Patient is postmenopausal surgically; she is status post TAH/BSO in 1999, she is

currently on Estratest 1.25/2.5 mg. She still has hot flashes at nighttime, but

does not want to be on anything else. She has tried the s/l Quantadine patch,

but that caused dermatitis at the patch site.

Hypothyroidism. Her TSH tends to be on the high side consistent with increase

s/l exhaustinaous thyroid, but her T4s and T3s have been normal, may need to

decrease that a little bit.

will need a s/l urine beta HCG, prior to Depo-Provera

Discussed with Patient to go ahead and use Patanol 1 (is this the proper way to

type this abbreviation?)g.t.t.o.u. b.i.d. for now also to use Celluvisc tears at

nighttime.
