Yes, I can go to the grocery store. I use their electric carts to get

around. Bringing the groceries into my home is another matter. I have a care

giver named that helps me with this. He works with me every Monday,

Wednesday and Friday afternoon. It is now 3:53PM PST. He is here now. He arrived

about 20 minutes ago.

I received my first delivery of food from Meals on Wheels a couple of

hours ago. I tried one of those meals. It was not bad!!

I will not be able to have solid food tomorrow or Friday because I'm

having a colonoscopy on Friday. I don't know if I will want food Saturday or

Sunday.

I have begun going to those web sites where I can print out food

coupons.
