Ken, I am not sure if this counts as cycling arthitis pain, but I have arthitis

in my hands, neck and upper back. Some days my hands will be so much worse and

painful than my neck. Other times is it just my neck or just the upper back

area.

I notice the weather and stress will effect the pain and area that hurts. I

apply heat to the area and that helps. Most of the time my pain meds help but

some days they are useless.

I have found stretching reduces the flare ups. I do yoga for at least 10

mins/days. Usually I do stretching in the am and evening.

I think some of it has to do with the weal areas on your body tend to act up

more. I noticed diet can effect my arthitis also. For example if I eat alot of

sodium it causes my hands to swell and be stiff.

Do you get days where you get no relief from your medication?

Gentle hugs, Tami

Is there anyone here who experiences the following: what about arthritis pain

which " circulates " from one area of the body to another....one day, several

days, a week, the ankles hurt (subtalar joint arthritis) but other areas are

mild or non painful, then one day, the knees hurt bad, but the ankles are mild

to non painful.
