Guest guest Posted January 12, 2011 Report Share Posted January 12, 2011 I started Tai Chi way back when Carridine put out a video and have done it ever since. I also do yoga and Pilates faithfully as it helps to stretch the muscles and assist with concentration and balance. I was too coordinated when I first started out but over time I finally got it and would be lost without it.
