Help please

Hi all,

My brain cannot think any more tonight and I need help on the following:

Mom to bring patient back in two weeks, he will get DTAP #4, Prevnon #4, and

HIB (H-influenza) #4. (Did I type this correct and are the immunizations

correct? I was not sure about Prevnon).

NEUROLOGICAL: A s/l " meni " mental status was done, patient scored 20/30.

Patient also has a history of an abnormal Pap, status post biopsies, in which

she was told that is chronic s/l " subersitis " .

Discoid Lupus. Patient is stable on s/l " Placrinil " .

, The first is paroxysmal atrial fib (which should be spelled out to

fibrillation). I have never heard of triglyceridemia, usually hear

hypertriglyceridemia. Sorry, I don't know the drink. Margaret

Triglyceridemia. (Am I spelling this wrong?)

She states that she drank a _____ " Redbull " (which is a nutritional supplement

drink) that contains natural caffeine and that made her heart race and

she just feels slightly short of breath with that, it is resolved now.
