Need a Hall & volunteers to conduct the National Level public Hearing in New Delhi.

Dear Forum,

Greetings from PWN+. You all know that PWN+ is going to conduct a

National Level Public Hearing at Delhi On 15th November 2007 in the

topic of " Discrimination faced by Women and children living with

HIV/AIDS in Health Settings " .

In the Public Hearing The Panel Judges will be from a Judge from

Supreme Court, NACO DG,NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR CHILD RIGHTS

PROTECTION,AND FROM NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR WOMEN.

To raise the voice of PLWHA, PWN+ needs to have a HALL for this High

Profile Public Hearing for one day at NEW DELHI.

The HALL should have the capacity of 100 participants with the

facilities of MIC & SOUND SYSTEM,PRESENTATION fecilities,Chairs,Drinking

water,Bathroom facilities, and preferable

if the same Hall have accomodation facitlity for 40 persons in a

affordable cost.( Accomodation for 2 days)

We also needed good voluteers for this programme who knows ENGLISH and HINDI to

coordinate the voice raisers from North states.

The volunteers can help us in coordinating the affected, food

arrangements,Hall arrangements,welcoming the Panel

Judges,Documentations, Minutes preparation, Providing assistace to the affected

in representing their cases etc.

we need the volunteers present form Nov-14th morning to till Nov-15th evening.

Students from Higher secondary and college youths are welcome to

volunteer in the above program. Local organizations also can contact

us for this purpose.
