cold and early errands

This morning it was less than 40 degrees - the pain was bad - I had errands and I had to go across town and file a police report - some idiot did an illegal right turn when I was turning on a legal left turn light - he took the middle half of the road for close to a mile - then made an illegal right turn in front of me causing me to throw on the brakes - I was dreading dealing with the cretins at Lawton Police Department.

Spirit bless - it was a police officer on the desk I have known for over 20 years and I know his mother well. I had written everything out and had a description of the car and the license plate - knowing he will take care or the idiot.

This morning I gave you the short version - people should us and blame us for their bad behavior - wrong - we are responsible for what we do and for our big mouth - that is it - don't let the hang dog expression and the sweet words and promises blind you to what was done. It was not your fault.

After 20 plus years in Beginning Experience - as the new kid on the block - as an alumni and as a team member - I learned it - I gave you the short version.

It wasn't easy it was the hardest thing I did - the first two got me into BE and the last ones - well I have worked those through.

You are worth more than this - your are special - you are a child of the supreme being.

God, grant me the strength of eagles wings, the faith and courage to fly to new heights, and the wisdom to rely on his spirit to carry me there.
