Guest guest Posted August 21, 1999 Report Share Posted August 21, 1999 12 brownies w/ 5.5 carbs and 1 gram fiber Batter: 1/4 cup softened butter 1/4 cup olive oil 6 TB cocoa powder (12/6) 1 c equivilent AS (8) 1/4 cup toasted soy flour (7.5) 1/4 cup buckwheat flour (19/2) 2 eggs (1) 1/2 tsp maple flavoring (.5) 1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring (.5) 48.5 carbs 8 fiber Mix well and spread into an 8 x 8 pan. Bake @ 350* for about 20 mins. Let cool before frosting. Frosting: 4 TB cocoa powder (8/4) 3 TB softened butter 1/4 tsp vanilla (.5) 3 TB heavy cream (1.5) 10 packts of Equal (9) 19.5 carbs 4 fiber Whisk together until fluffy and spread over brownies.
