My husband lost his job in December but he's drawing an annuity from his

previous 30 yr job. It's not quite enough to live on so we are really cutting

corners everywhere. My daughter lives with us and works a part time job and

helps with food or other items when the month is not quite over.

Living with one check a month is really hard but I've done it many years of my

life but then I wasn't spending so much on medical insurance and doctors and

medicines.

Retirement is no easy these days either. All I need is a roof over my head,

food and a thrift store to buy clothes, after that, I want my precious pets and

don't mind eating beans, rice and veggies and drinking water more than average.

Thanks for the information, we will have to be dropping our service as my

husband just got notice that 80 people are getting let go due to budget cuts in

his state job. We probably will get the information March April.
