Guest guest
I have some questions. Remember. .. I'm the new one with the 3 1/2 month old diagnosed last week. His name is Jake. First off, my son decided not to eat-so he has a feeding tube (lucky him and me {sanity for me}) . Well, it's been really hard for me with the diagnose and now the feeding tube. My hubby and I are going insane. We are so distraught. I wish there was another way . . . but I know it's the best for him right now. Today (after eating around 16 ounces for 2 days), he decided not to eat again. Have any of you experienced your infant doing this? If so, what did you do? I have a speech therapist coming next week for an evaluation of his sucking/eating technique. Any other suggestions? Torsten-how did your doctor supplement the salt? Did your daughter start eating normally after the supplement? I wonder if that is Jake's problem. Could you elaborate on that? Thanks. . . Thanks for the support. Please any advice will be welcomed.
