Guest guest
I am not exactly sure about this- The doc just gave us the opinion that he needed a band or helmet, but did not specify. He gave us the name of an orthotist. when I spoke to a private orthotist, it seemed like we would use whatever product that particular orthotist used. We ended up going to Cranial Technologies and it seems they give you the style-band or helmet-depending on what headshape you have and correction you need. They decided what would be best. I would ask you doctor about exactly what product he is recommeding or is he is leaving that up to the orthotist. Did he recommend someone or are you going to Cranial Technologies? Others can add in here-but if you are using a private orthotist, make sure you interview the person and feel comfortable with the level of experitse and experience. Find out exactly what product will be used and then I am sure someone on the board can give you feedback about this. Dara > > > > > > I have a question.
