Alabama I know what u men....I even heard on my local radio sta. this

morining that some actress ued the " low carb " diet lost weight....and 'her

trainer' said that " shes not going to take credit for it because its a

dangerous way to lose weight " ...

Any diet is bad for u if u dont do it right by researching etc. and taking

the proper supplements... La

On vacation had (outside of WOL) 1 breaded portk chp, 1 roll, 10 " pizza " pep

farm fish...but wallked 20min. each morning.. only gained 1/2 lb. so i'm

pleased...Using the water bottles,,,but its an effort for me to get down all

the water..

Alos found out that Ragu - Alfredo pasta sauce has only 3c, 1 sug for 1/4 cup.

I get pretty tired of plain chic.. so i'm going to try this...will let u know

how it tasted when i do..I'f its ok will freeze it in 1/4c measurements.

Found a new " topping " for my cream chees pudding....

Didn't have any whipped cream but I had made jello and it was beginning

to set in frig.. but it was " syruppy " still (not set)...used it (cranberry

jello) on my " pudding " and it was delicious!!! Am going experiment to try

and make the jello syruppy... will let yoiu know if I'm successful!

The Alfredo sauce is a good idea, I was looking for something yesterday to

use with pork chops. Let me know how it is.
