I do just the opposite. I use OTC patches during the day and three

Lidoderm patches to help keep the pain down at night, so I can get a bit

of sleep.

I realized last night that I am envious of my spouse. He goes to bed

and sleeps all night. I haven't slept through a night in at least

fifteen years. I'm awake at least once an hour, even if I take a sleep

aid. I'd give a lot to be able to sleep for four hours without a

sleeping tablet in me.

Remember being a kid and falling into bed at night, waking up totally

refreshed and raring to go? Oh, how I'd love to do that again. Even if

it was only once in a while.

Has anyone got a trick or two up her/his sleeve, for ways to catch a

good 40 winks?
