Guest guest
, You are sooo funny! When I went looking for the Aquaphor, Shoppers was the first and only drugstore I went to and I went directly to the pharmacist. Didn't even look down the aisles. I figure, even if the Aquaphor was located in a regular aisle, the pharmacist would know about it, whereas if it's located in the pharmacy section, you wouldn't (you'd have to ask the pharmacist!!)So save yourself the time and go directly to this professional; he's there to help you. Ha,ha,ha. Good nite, P.s. Enjoy the Aquaphor!! > > > > Have any of you fellow Canucks found the miracle ointment > > called " Aquaphor " up here? Guest guest
Lordy, your ortho won't give it to you? All I have to do is ask, and they give me a handful of packets, which I appreciate greatly... > > > > Too many orthognathic patients pulling a Winona Ryder? Guest guest
... I'm not in Canada.. But if you look in the moisturizer section near the eucerin moisturizers, then you shall find aquaphor. I paid $5 for the small tube, but I hear it works wonders. To me it's worth it.. Still pre-op,, Carin >From: fiddlesticks22000 <no_reply > >Reply-To: orthognathicsurgerysupport >To: orthognathicsurgerysupport >Subject: [Orthognathic Surgery Support ] Re: Sourcing Aquaphor in beaver >country. >Date: Tue, 30 Jul 2002 22:23:29 -0000 > >Hi , > >I've never seen it at Shoppers. Guest guest
Sure, my ortho will hand them out gladly - if I remember to ask. However, silly as I am, I expected to be able to buy as much as I needed at a drugstore. You know... it's that whole concept of " convenience " that I've grown accustomed to as a consumer. Shortly after I had my braces placed, I found myself on a weekend ski trip away from home, and away from my wax. My cheeks were raw, and home was 400km away. The local ortho's office was closed, and the girl at the drugstore had never even heard of the stuff (oh blessed are those born with perfect teeth). I ended up improvising with cherry licorice. -john > Lordy, your ortho won't give it to you?
