when i highlighted the site after i found it.. i copy and pasted it...and it

was blue..in my files i keep a letter that i said " send later " and call it

atkins sites... then whenever i want to pass any along i just highlight

...copy paste...

or what i've also done when i want to go to a site...i delete out the " type

keyword or web addrs... " and then copy / paste it up into the window so i

don't have to type it..la
