Carbolite Baking Mix---anyone tried it?? Almond flour?

Hi. My husband would like to try making pancakes out of a low-or-no-

carb mix. We are wondering if anyone has tried Carbolite Baking Mix,

or Pancake Mix, or Bread Mix by Carbolite? It is acceptable taste-

wise and does it make a good bread-like pancake??

Or, what about Almond Flour?? I was disappointed to note that it has

6 gms of carbs per 1 ounce. That is quite a lot if I use it to make

several pancakes, I wonder.
