I have heard that also. cinnamon is also anti inflammatory properties. I

sprinkle on meats, yogurt, cereal, salads even eggs.

Hope things are good with you Kathyrn. :) Is the snow melting in your part of

Pa? I'm in the eastern part about 15 min drive from NJ line. We still have

some. I can't wait to spring!
