Plhas are dying due to referal games

Dear Forum,

As there are future possibilities that second line ARV will be distributed at

ART centres, people living with HIV/AIDS have a hope for the betterment of the

medical services.

But this is just a game of referral.

Here we are talking about the condition of different departments of Medical

College Lucknow.

If they come to know the HIV status of any patient they want to get rid of them.

They give referral from one department to other and from other department to

another institute. It is just a denial of treatment.

Here a question arise that at such stage where we talk about right to treatment

for PLHAs and different departments use to say that they are ready to give

services and support and so many planning are going on to give better services

 to PLWHAs, what kind of services are they talking about

Itjust sounds to create an illusion for the people who are already facing so

many problems and denials at different aspects of their life.
